It was really a coincidence, if you believe in that kind of thing, that my wife Cindy and i met Chad. We were walking around Freedom Festival in Sparta. On the last row we were walking out Chad had a booth with a big sign saying Medicare. We had recently moved to the area, Cindy needed to transfer her existing Medicare to a Tennessee policy. I was going on Medicare a few months later. Chad listened to what we needed and reacted quickly Cindy only had a few weeks left to change her coverage without penalty. We had no idea. it would have cost us bunches. Chad came to the house prepared to answer all her questions, explained the whole process and offered her multiple policy options. They selected the one that fit her medical needs perfectly. A few weeks later was my turn, I already had part A, but had been on company insurance for the last year. Again Chad came to the house spent all the time I needed to understand my options, going over medications, vision and dental needs, again offered 3 options. It was easy to pick the right policy after he explained pro’s and con’s of each. Highly recommend Chad, he listened to our needs without an agenda of his own, made us feel like he was looking out for best interest and gave us his cell number to call him anytime with questions.
We met Chad about a year ago, he was sitting at table with Medicare information on it. My first thought was I need to talk to this guy! I was getting bombarded with mail about supplemental plan B Medicare insurance. After talking with Chad for a couple minutes, we knew we could trust him. When it was 6 months out for me to sign up, Chad and I talked on the phone he got my medical information and the list of medications. He set up a time to come by and went over the different options for me. He made the whole process easy for us to understand. We now are both signed up with Chad, he checks in every now and then to make sure everything is good. We consider him a part of the family.
This is a review of Mr. Chad Michael. He is an insurance affiliate who assisted me in my retirement transition. I don't recall how Chad and I connected. Possibly I found his information on the web. Whatever the case, this guy is a class act! One of the things we don't often see in this day is follow through. This guy is remarkable.
A bit about myself: I am a nurse who worked in the Insurance field for most of my career; Hence, I knew a bit about insurances and insurers. This is to say, I knew more than most as I dealt with Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans and Medicaid in the scope of nursing I worked in. One of the pitfalls most fall into in trying to transverse all these changes for the retirees, i.e. going from individual insurance plans or corporate ones. Medicare is a whole different animal. It reminded me of an algebraic equation. Well this guy helped!
Our relationship was a year out from my retirement, yet he kept this communicative line open this timeframe, dropping a 'hello' in text messages and emails. As the time approached, we began some of the preliminary things for my Medicare application. Chad made sure that all the important things were in place so as to avoid all the potholes and barriers were non-existant.
Chad came out to my home a week before the application was actually submitted; we chatted for quite awhile about common interests, which was a blessing. In other words, this gentleman was also interested in knowing me, personally. What a breath of fresh air! The process itself was accomplished in record time. A week or so later, I received various correspondences from medicare, acknowledging receipt of my application. I received my cards the other day.
In all that I have said, it is hard to find a business person so personable as Chad Michael. I will highly recommend this man to anyone who lives in the Cumberland Plateau region. You will thank me later.
